These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Treats Revolution's Website, located at https://treatsrevolution.com.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Treats Revolution if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

About Our Products:

• Ingredients: all our goodies are made with love! Ingredients are detailed on each product's page.
  

• Aspect : Honey is hygroscopic, meaning it absorbs the humidity in the air.
  Therefore, your marshmallows may have a slightly different texture and aspect.... depending on the weather :-). This doesn't affect their taste or quality. They just have their own personnality. Just like you !
  
  

• Storage: keep your treats fresh at room temperature, just remember to close the bag after use.
  

• Best Before: your treats and snacks will be at their best for one month. After that, they'll still be edible, but flavor may fade slightly, and texture might become softer (crackers) or drier (marshmallows and treats).

Ordering & Payment:

• Pay with e-transfer, or Paypal transfer, to brousseferaud@gmail.com.
  Please specify your order number and name.

• After you order, we'll send you an email to say thanks and confirm everything!

• Prices might change, but we'll always show you the total, including tax.

Shipping & Delivery:

• We deliver within Ontario. We'll make our best to prepare, pack and ship your delicious order within 5 days. Then, it will arrive in 3-5 business days.

• Shipping cost?
  If you're located in Mississauga, we're happy to deliver for free for orders above $150.
  For orders under $150, and other cities in Ontario, flat fee is $24.
  If you're outside Ontario, please reach out for a personnalized quote.

Returns & Refunds:

• Because our treats are fresh, and made on order, we can't take them back, but we'll fix any issues if something arrives not quite right.

Food Safety:

• We follow all the food safety rules in Ontario to make sure you get the best quality.

• Allergies: we do try to avoid mix-ups, but our kitchen does use common allergens (nuts).
  Please be cautious if you have allergies.
