Maple sweetened, Dragon Fruit chocolate bar

We've used the best quality of organic, cocoa paste, and a high content of organic cocoa butter, to give these chocolate bars a good crunch, and a deep, rich taste.
And then we added some pure Dragon Fruit for the sweetness!
A hit among our testers :-)

Aspect : maple is hygroscopic, but cocoa doesn't like water.
So what happens when you mix both ?
You get a super healthy treat, but chocolate may look very different from regular one (whose chemistry is more stable due to sugar).

Never judge on appearance....these bars are a pure pleasure.

Ingredients : cocoa paste*, cocoa butter*, maple sugar*, sunflower lecithin*, Dragon Fruit powder, vanilla extract, salt.
